Due to the popularity and demand for Nuance Salon services, when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we often times miss the opportunity to fill your appointment slot. We know that it is easy to forget about appointments booked in advance. For this reason, we email or text a reminder days prior to confirm the appointment, along with a day of appointment reminder. Appointments can only be canceled via phone call, NOT via text message or email. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment times to avoid missed appointments and no show fees. We ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice of cancellation for any appointments. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations within 24 hours and no call/no shows. We thank you for your understanding.

          If you are running late for your appointment, we ask that you call to let us know. Keep in mind that depending on how late you are to your appointment, your technician/stylist may not be able to complete the scheduled services or you may be asked to reschedule if you are late 15 minutes or more. This will result in the appointment getting canceled and the cancellation fee will apply.

          Any Nuance gift card purchased from us must be brought in and presented at checkout in order to be redeemed. E-gift certificates must either be printed out or presented via email with the barcode at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, nor will we replace them.

          Gratuity must be paid via cash and cannot be added to a credit card or gift card.
